Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the gogolister website, dashboard and Chrome extension (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you use the Service on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to bind it.

gogolister automates filling in forms in Google Play Console from data you provide. It operates inside your own browser, using your existing Play Console session. gogolister is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by Google LLC.

Play Console is a third-party service that can change without notice. We work to keep the automation up to date, but we cannot guarantee that every step will work at all times.

• You must be at least 16 years old and provide accurate information.
• You're responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
• Each plan allows a limited number of connected browsers; don't share accounts beyond those limits.
• Tell us promptly at support@playfactory.app if you suspect unauthorised access.

You remain the developer of record for every app you publish. You agree that:

• The content, declarations and answers you submit (including data safety, content rating and target audience) are accurate.
• You will comply with the Google Play Developer Distribution Agreement, the Developer Program Policies and all applicable laws.
• You have the rights to every app, asset and piece of content you publish.
• You will review your apps in Play Console and are responsible for the outcome of any submission.

You may not use the Service to:

• Publish malware, deceptive, infringing or illegal apps, or content that violates Google Play policies.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, resell or redistribute the extension or its automation runtime.
• Circumvent usage limits, licensing checks or security measures.
• Interfere with or overload the Service or any third-party service.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring monthly or yearly basis, as you choose at checkout, through our merchant of record, Polar, which may also collect applicable taxes. Each plan includes a monthly quota of apps, including yearly plans; an app counts once per calendar month (UTC) regardless of how many steps or retries it takes. Unused quota does not roll over.

Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your dashboard; access continues until the end of the current billing period. Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy. We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice; changes apply from your next renewal.

The Service, including the extension, runtime, website and branding, is owned by gogolister and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use it during your subscription. You keep all rights to your apps and data.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any app will be approved, published or remain available on Google Play.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, gogolister will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or developer-account suspensions arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or if required by law. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where gogolister is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer protection laws where you live.

We may update these Terms. We'll notify you of material changes by email or in the dashboard at least 14 days before they take effect. Continuing to use the Service after that means you accept the updated Terms.
