01Overview
gogolister (“we”, “us”) provides a website, a customer dashboard and a Chrome extension that automates data entry in Google Play Console (together, the “Service”). This policy explains what personal data we process, why, and the choices you have.
The short version: the extension runs in your own browser, inside the Play Console session you're already signed in to. We never ask for, receive or store your Google account password or Google access tokens.
02Data we collect
We only collect what we need to run your account and the Service:
- Account data — your name, email address and a securely hashed password. If you sign in with Google or GitHub, we receive your basic profile (name, email, avatar) from that provider.
- Session & security data — session identifiers, IP address and browser user-agent, used to keep you signed in and to protect your account.
- Connected browsers — when you pair the extension, we store a hashed access token and the device name you approve, so you can see and revoke connected browsers.
- Usage data — for quota and billing, we record which apps (package name or app label) the extension worked on in each calendar month, and when.
- Run settings — preferences you choose to sync from the dashboard to the extension.
- Billing data — your plan, subscription status and renewal dates. Card and payment details are collected and processed by our payment provider and are never stored on our servers.
03Data we don't collect
Your CSV files, app binaries (AAB), graphics and screenshots are read locally by the extension and uploaded directly from your browser to Google Play Console. They are not sent to our servers. We do not read your Play Console data beyond what is needed to complete the step you started, and we do not sell your data.
04How we use your data
- To create and secure your account and authenticate the extension.
- To deliver and update the automation runtime and enforce plan limits.
- To process payments, manage subscriptions and prevent fraud.
- To provide support and send essential service emails (for example, receipts or security notices).
- To diagnose problems and improve reliability of the Service.
05Legal bases
Where the GDPR or similar laws apply, we process your data to perform our contract with you (providing the Service), for our legitimate interests (security, fraud prevention and improving the Service), to comply with legal obligations (such as tax and accounting), and with your consent where required.
07Retention
We keep account data for as long as your account is active. Usage records are kept for as long as needed for billing and accounting. When you delete your account, we delete or anonymise your personal data within 30 days, except where we must keep it to meet legal obligations.
08Security
Passwords and extension tokens are stored as hashes, traffic is encrypted in transit with TLS, and automation updates are signed so the extension can verify them before running. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your data and will notify you of any breach as required by law.
09Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. You can update most details from your dashboard, revoke connected browsers at any time, or contact us at privacy@playfactory.app. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
10Children
The Service is intended for app developers and businesses. It is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
11Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll let you know by email or in the dashboard before they take effect. The “last updated” date at the top shows when it was last revised.
